30-day returns on uncut parts

Uncut, unused parts in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item.

Cut parts cannot be returned

Once a blank has been cut, it fits one lock only and cannot be resold, so cut parts are final sale. That is why we built the Key Search and answer fitment questions by phone and text before you order.

Wrong part? Dead on arrival?

If we shipped the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at (540) 550-9915 and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, including return shipping.
